Archive of Recorded Sound Welcomes New Staff Member

The Archive of Recorded Sound is very pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Hunt Graves as Archive Assistant for a 17-month project which focuses on processing materials in four of the collections in the Archive of Recorded Sound. Anna is working with Frank Ferko, the Project Archivist, to process the widely varied materials in the Ambassador Auditorium Collection which include concert programs, publicity materials, photographs, posters, correspondence, and recordings, both audio and video.


Unlocking Historical Audio Collections--A cataloging grant from the Mellon Foundation

The Archive of Recorded Sound, together with Yale Music Library, the Rodgers and Hammerstein Archive at New York Public Library and Syracuse University, recently completed a joint project funded by the Mellon Foundation to catalog our historical audio collections.


Thomas Edison National Historical Park Library Catalog

To enter the catalog:

  • Go to the National Park Service Library Information Center
  • Under "National Park Service Library Voyager Catalog", click "search"
  • Choose the "Basic Search" tab
  • Enter search terms
  • Choose Thomas Edison National Historical Park from the pull-down library list.
