QR Codes Pilot Project in Jonsson/SSRC

Have you seen these? These square-shaped matrix-style barcodes with black geometric pattern are called Quick Response codes – aka QR codes – and they’re really useful in today’s smart-phone driven culture for linking to digital information whether it be bibliographic information from a SearchWorks record (yes, QR codes are available for every item in SearchWorks!), a Website, a text message, someone’s contact information etc. QR codes can be scanned by QR code apps downloadable to iphone/android smart phones and ipads/tablets.

Consul Link for SULAIR Business Services

This is the 1st iteration of the SULAIR Business Services (SBS) wiki site intended to provide information and resources regarding Procurement, Contracts, A/P and other business matters that affect the SULAIR enterprise. We hope that it sheds some much needed light on 'how to' and 'why', though having said that, it is not intended to be a substitute for training. (That's coming in our 2nd Life project...) For those of you who are new to Consul, here's your opportunity to jump over that barrier and avail yourself of useful and current info that many of our colleagues have created for us.
