Meeting Location: All sessions will be held in Meyer Library, Room 182 on the Stanford Campus.
Housing: All visitors will be staying at the Stanford Guest House.
Transportation: A shuttle van will leave the Guest House on Thursday and Friday to bring attendees to campus. Should you wish to arrive earlier, or need to depart later, the Marguerite shuttle runs a regular free service between the Guest House and campus.
Food: Coffee services and lunch will be provided both days. A group dinner is planned for Thursday night, and an ad hoc dinner for Friday night for those wishing to attend.
