E-Book Resources

Following is a selected list of our electronic book resources. Many individual titles can be also found in the library catalog, SearchWorks. You can limit your search to online resources by clicking on "Online" on the left Navigation bar. You may also want to check our e-books available on the Kindle on the Engineering Library Kindle Page.

Some e-book collections allow download and transfer to an e-reader or a mobile device with pdf readers or other reader apps. While each collection has its own unique download process, in general, you can use any device that is able to run Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) such as an Nook, iPad, iPhone/iPod touch, Sony e-readers, laptops, desktop, etc. Those sites without a native downloading system can still be "printed" to pdf files, but the result will be too small to read on mobile devices.

Book chapters and articles which are displayed as HTML inside a frame or require proprietary software do not download gracefully to any devices.
