The Engineering Library has a collection of standards that includes full-text online standards and print standards. In addition we have collected links to many online standards collections available for free online.

Download any of ASTM's 12,000+ standards, covering metals, petroleum, construction, the environment, and more. Follow the My Standards link. - ETSI Standards (European Telecommunications Standards Institute)
Standards for information & communications technologies including fixed, mobile, radio, broadcast, internet and several other areas. - IEEE Xplore
Full text access to IEEE and IEE standards covering electrical and computer engineering, electronics, computer science and physics. Also includes access to IEEE draft standards. - International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T)
ITU-T is the leading publisher of telecommunication technology, regulatory and standard information. Many of the over 3000 ITU-T Recommendations can be downloaded for free. These are also available in print via Socrates
