Falconer Biology Library offers tours of the facility by appointment for any group or individual. Preference is given to persons who are affiliated with Stanford University. For large classes, a series of tours for groups of ten or fewer persons may be required.

By appointment, the library also offers training sessions in the use of the library; in searching Socrates, BIOSIS, SciSearch, and other library databases; and in finding literature in the life sciences. A training session may be combined with a tour of the library or offered separately.
