Yes, it's true! Due to an overwhelming response to our survey, we are happy to report that HIP's Wellness on Wheels will bring yoga to us, starting this fall quarter. We are offering two separate classes, each with a different instructor.
When:
• Monday 12:00 - 12:50 pm
• Wednesday 5:15 - 6:05 pm
Where:
Green Library Information Center classroom, BYOYM (bring your own yoga mat) and a water bottle. Note: Participants will be asked to help wheel the tables and chairs off to the sides and then replace them after
class.
Limit: 20 per class.
By completing SHALA, Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment online form, you are eligible to take up to 2 Group Fitness classes per quarter for a reduced fee. Do this right away. You will then be identified in the system and will only need to pay $20 for 10 weeks of classes at the time of registration. Note: you will need a special code to register - these classes will not appear in the HIP schedule. We will announce the code as soon as we receive it (very soon).
Complete SHALA and the Personal Wellness Profile by 11.30.11 and reduce your medical contributions in 2012. The Personal Wellness Profile is a free health screening, wellness-advising session and online wellness plan. See 2012 wellness incentive for more information. This is a win/win situation!
