New student-designed exhibition: Contours of an Invisible City

Contours of an Invisible City

Designed by PhD student Christian Gonzalez Ho, Rome and Venice are made visible through a combination of elements: antiquarian guidebooks and maps, contemporary photographs, drawings by Piranesi and film clips from Italian directors. The goals of this pilot exhibition are to provide experience in curation while revealing some of our treasures. Our thanks to the Department of Art & Art History for their support in what is hoped to become an annual exhibition.
